WHY WE STARTED
Suzy Grego grew up in a quaint family tearoom in Budapest; inspired by her surroundings she blossomed into a professional pâtissière. Suzy and husband Andy came to discover their son had Coeliac disease, their daughter had a dairy intolerance and a close friend’s daughter had a nut allergy; so Suzy began to craft a series of Free From treats which she would later share with the world.

We have a number of measures to keep our confectioneries ‘Free From’; we only use suppliers that provide allergen-free guarantees for our ingredients and work only in our access-controlled production kitchen in Evesham (UK) awarded a five-star Food Standards Agency (FSA) Food Hygiene Rating.
